When we train, our body uses stored ‘energy’ also known as glycogen to keep exercising. We lose this energy quickly, therefore having a supplement mix that contains a highly digestible carb to replenish this energy will be highly beneficial for training. We use Dextrose as our carbohydrate in our Pack given it’s quick digestible properties, mixed with it’s ability to be quickly absorbed into the bloodstream.
Repair.
On top of losing energy quickly, during workouts our muscles, tissues, etc, break down due to fatigue and inflammation. Therefore, we wanted to add amino acids into our pack to aid in the repair and recovery of our body.
